A practice needed a model detailed enough to show facade rhythm at 1:200, delivered four days before a competition submission.
02 / Design
The tower was split at floor plates so joints hid in shadow gaps. The curtain wall was printed in clear resin at 0.05 mm; the podium and core were printed in PLA to keep weight and cost down.
03 / Printing Process
Clear resin sections were printed overnight, washed, cured and lightly polished. The base houses a diffused LED strip that lights the whole shaft from below.
04 / Final Result
Delivered in three days. The facade mullions read cleanly at arm's length and the illuminated base became the centrepiece of the submission.

A five-axis desktop manipulator printed as fourteen interlocking parts, designed so every joint could be serviced without cutting anything apart.
A 27:1 reduction stage printed in carbon-filled nylon, running continuously on a test rig for over two hundred hours without measurable backlash growth.
Eleven revisions of a wrist-worn enclosure printed over three weeks, each one worn for a day before the next was cut.
