What are you trying to do?
Get a quote
Upload a model, or describe the object if you do not have one yet.
Track an order
Eight stages, each timestamped. You need the reference from your confirmation.
Prepare a file
What to send, which format, and the four things that remove a round trip.
Choose a material
Compare strength, flexibility, detail and heat resistance across the library.
Understand a price
The eight factors that move the number, and a calculator using our own formula.
Read the FAQ
Eighteen common questions with real answers rather than reassuring ones.
The eight things that actually go wrong
In roughly the order we are asked about them. Each one has a real answer, not a promise to look into it.
- 01
My file will not upload
Check the extension first — we accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, STP, ZIP and RAR, and the limit is 100 MB per file. A native CAD file such as SLDPRT, F3D or IPT will be rejected by the dropzone: zip it and it will go through, or just email it to us and we will convert it.
Open the quote form - 02
I do not have a 3D model
That is roughly a third of the jobs we take. Send a sketch, a dimensioned drawing, or a few photographs with a ruler or a coin in frame for scale. Our design service builds the model, and you keep the file along with the printed part.
Describe your project - 03
My order reference is not found
References look like IP-2026-00125 and are case-insensitive. If yours is not recognised, the quote may not have been approved yet — tracking activates at approval, not at enquiry. Call us with the project name or the email you used and we will find it.
Try order tracking - 04
The estimate looks higher than I expected
The calculator cannot see your geometry, so it errs upward. The real levers are material, weight and layer height, in that order. Send the actual model — a real quote is often lower, and it usually arrives with a suggestion for making the part cheaper.
See what drives cost - 05
My part arrived damaged
Tell us within 48 hours and photograph the packaging as well as the parts — without the packaging we cannot make a courier claim. If the part deviates from the approved model or the agreed tolerances, we reprint it at our cost.
Report it - 06
I need it faster than the lead time
Say so and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible. Sometimes it is a matter of dropping from fine to standard layer height, or splitting the job across two machines. Calling gets a straighter answer than the form for anything urgent.
Call the lab - 07
I need to change my order
Before printing starts, changes are usually free — just ask. Once a print is running we cannot change it without scrapping the part, and the material and machine time already used is chargeable. Reach us quickly and we will almost always catch it in time.
Get in touch - 08
The part does not fit
Send us the measurement you are getting and the one you need. FDM holds about 0.2 mm, resin about 0.05 mm, and holes print slightly undersize by design. If we missed an agreed tolerance we will reprint; if the model needs a clearance change we will quote the revision at a reduced rate.

Describe what you are trying to make and where it went wrong. We would rather have the conversation than have you guess.
